That Guides Your Journey
This message is inspired by the Reading, “Not So Mighty Dollar Bills” from the Book Overcoming Darkness.
Our Flesh and Old Spirit possess a desire for fame and riches. The Old Spirit believes that Money will cure all of our problems (Let the Word do the Work). Quite often, more money magnifies our reliance on the Not so Mighty Bills. Money can create a must-have and deserving spirit if we fail to give honor to God for all of our accomplishments. (I Timothy 6:6-10, Philippians 4:19, James 1:17, Ephesians 1:3)
Our Work is our Ministry. We receive our Blessing when we acknowledge God in all of our Ways. We understand our good fortune is by God’s Favor and not by anything we have done. Satan being the ruler of this World creates illusions that cause some to operate by any means necessary in order to have financial stability. This is part of the Darkness that covers the Earth. (Proverbs 3:6, Philippians 4:13, Psalms 37:4, John 12:31, 2 Corinthians 4:4, Isaiah 60:1)
Kingdom Builders choose to serve God rather than the Love of Money and Prosperity. They always receive their just compensation. God blessed Job with the restoration of his fortunes. This is the example that God’s Anointed follow. We understand that tribulation is only for a moment, but God’s Blessings are from Everlasting to Everlasting. (2 Timothy 3:2, Psalm 30:5, Job 42:10)
Diligently seeking God and letting Him Guide our Path provides much Spiritual Growth. We place no emphasis on our Gifts nor Talents. We take no thought for tomorrow, for only God knows what tomorrow holds. (Hebrews 11:6, Matthew 6:34)
In these last days, we see people being lovers of themselves and lovers of money. We can never serve two Masters. The Love of Money is a Generational Curse that impacts the masses. As we grow Spiritually, we understand that we must watch out so that we don’t lose what we have worked for. (2 Timothy 3:2, Matthew 6:24, 1 Timothy 6:10, 2 John 1:8)
God Promises that all shall come to know Him from the Least to the Greatest. He Promises to put all enemies under his foot. He Promises that Eye has not Seen and Ear Has Not Heard what blessings God Has in store for us. Kingdom Builders put the Love of Money under their foot and let God and Patience perform a Perfect Work. (Hebrew 8:11, 1 Corinthians 15:25-28, I Corinthians 2:9, James 1:3-4)
Song for the Week:
“Not So Mighty Bills” Written and Performed by John Stuckey Jr
NOT SO MIGHTY DOLLAR BILLS
For those of you Who think this way
That money will cure all ills
Have never seen the game that’s played
With those no so mighty dollar bills
Money turns to evil
Once man has had his fill
Then He tries to control other people
With his not so mighty dollar bills
It has led many people
To the land where there is no hope
It has led many people
To use anything to help them cope
The dollar bill has given man
The instinct to want to kill
It has driven many men
From the top down a lonely hill
There is a God
And He is for real
He’s got a cure
For the not so mighty dollar bill
