There is a demand for Affordable Housing in all communities across America. Currently there is an estimated shortage of seven million Affordable Housing Units.  The shortfall of Safe Decent Affordable Housing adversely impacts Underserved Communities.

The Double Bottom Line Fund provides Capital to Create and Preserve Affordable Housing in underserved Communities.

The Fund provides its Members a Cash on Cash Return as well as Beneficial Tax Treatment on their Earnings. In the current economic crisis, we need More Affordable Housing.
