RENDERING EVIL FOR EVIL

This Message is inspired by the Reading “Evil” from the Book, Overcoming Darkness.

The Enemy teaches Retaliation as a means to compensate for a wrong. Retaliation dwells within our Human Spirit, feeding on the need to get payback. We see Retaliation on a daily basis as we witness Men engaging in conflict on their quest for World domination. Man’s Spirit of Retaliation is the root of the War and disharmony we see throughout our World. (1 Peter 3:9, Romans 12:17)

Our Spiritual Eyes understand the importance of refusing to render Evil for Evil. Evil encourages an Anger Spirit (Anger Spirit). Anger and Emotions are tools of the Enemy to keep the masses in Darkness. The Enemy would have us believe that our Self-Righteous actions are in accordance with God’s Order. However, the Peace that God Grants Teaches us to not to make decisions out of Anger. Our Decisions are based on what is Right in God’s Sight. Our Daily Prayer is for God’s Will being done in all our Cares of This World. (Proverbs 24:29, 2 Timothy 2:23-25, Ephesians 4:26, Colossians 3:8)

To Overcome rendering evil for Evil, we must engage in true Self-Examination. Only Self-Examination can weed out the Evil and the Anger Spirit we carry in our daily travels. Our Heart’s desire is that the Words of our Mouths and the Meditations of our Heart are acceptable in God’s Sight. Our Character exhibits Firmness and Fairness (Our Work is Our Ministry). We focus on Love, Peace and the pursuit of Right by God’s Standards, not Man’s. (Ephesians 4:31, James 1:19-20)

God’s anointed recognize that all things work together for their good if called according to His Purpose. We abstain from the appearance of Evil. (Romans 8:28, 1 Thessalonians 5:22)

Song for the Week:

“Reach Out Give Them Love” Written and Performed by John Stuckey Jr

EVIL

Evil surrounds us every day

All in the form of

Just getting in the way

When we sharpen our skills

Always have great thoughts

This makes us strong

And eliminate all doubts

Evil wears a smiling face

But evil has no lasting grace

It slips and slides in every crack

It pushes harder when you fight back

I say to evil

You can’t keep the pace

God’s grace and glory

Will always win the race
