That Guides Your Journey
This Message is inspired by the Reading, “Everything Has Balance” from the Book Overcoming Darkness.
I often ponder the thought that we must learn to face Reality because Reality is so messed up. Our Flesh wants to see matters in a manner that is Self-Serving. We see Man Fighting Man and everybody burying their Head in the Sand. When we face Reality, we open our Spiritual Eyes enabling us to see matters that are pleasing in God’s Sight. When we face Reality we are never moved by the acts of the Enemy. We understand that Satan’s goal is to steal, kill and destroy. (Colossians 3:2-3, 2 Timothy 3:1-5, Galatians 5:16-17)
Facing Reality increases our Faith in God. We see matters as they are rather than how we want them to be (Self-Righteous Spirit). We understand that we grow spiritually when we tackle issues Head-On. Ignoring issues will never make them go away. Our Spiritual Growth enlightens us to understand that all things work together for our good. Everything God Has Ordained for us to experience is meant to build our character and develop a total reliance on Him and His Order. He promises to never leave nor forsake us. (Luke 17:5, I Corinthians 10:13, Isaiah 26:3)
Avoidance is the ruling Spirit when one does not want to face Reality. We will see everything except facts and truth. But when we free ourselves from only hearing and seeing what pleases our Flesh, the Truth is never difficult to understand. Reality is never filled with confusion. It is simple and easy to understand. (Romans 10:17, Hebrews 13:5, John 8:32)
God has promised that we all will face reality in an environment not influenced by Satan. He Promises specifically that Eye has not seen, Ear has not heard neither has it entered into the Heart of Man the Blessing He has in store for us. No more pain and no more sorrow. When we face Reality, we realize the beauty of the Blessings in store for all that have an ear to hear. (I Corinthians 2:9, Isaiah 41:10, Romans 8:28, Revelation 21:4)
Song for the Week:
“Everything Has Balance” Written and Performed by John Stuckey Jr
Everything Has Balance
Everything has balance
To be perfect in his sight
Everything has balance
When to know
What is right?
Everything has balance
To be perfect in his sight
We always want his balance
As the center of our Life.
