I AM STRONG, BUT I AM WEAK

God has blessed many of us with great skills, great insight, great talents. We often receive praise for our Blessings. These Blessings define us as how the World sees us. We quite often place confidence in our own abilities. Especially, when we are complimented for our gifts. I often have to remind myself that I am not running anything. My Plans, too numerous to count, have never really amounted to much. Only when I Let Go did I see the Salvation of the Lord. (Exodus 14:13)

When we examine our inner most thoughts we come to the realization that we really don’t know much. What we think we know is quite often really what we believe to be correct. Our Spiritual Mind relieves us from having to think. We either know or we don’t. Our Spiritual Eye’s continually seek wisdom and knowledge. (1 Corinthians 13:11) We are Strong because we Know the matters for which we have no knowledge.

Tradition is an enemy that weakens us. We take actions or make decisions, “because.” Examples include, “Because, they said”, “I think because” and “Because, I Can.” These are the prisoners the enemy wants you to pick up. He lulls our minds to sleep. Then, “Because” and “But” becomes our justification for believing we made a good decision. These entrapments are the prisoners we carry in our mind.

The enemy will always win a battle if he can control our thoughts. Remember, he comes to steal, kill and destroy. (John 10:10) We are Strong as we remove the Chains of Tradition.

The Bible teaches our strength by proclaiming that we are more than Conquerors. We are Victorious in all we do in His name. Our Prayer is always Lord, don’t move my mountain, just give me the strength to climb. (2 Corinthians 12:9)

Seeking His Kingdom requires the whole Amour, which includes guarding our thoughts. We put away the thoughts of the Old Man. Our Amour is the breastplate of Righteousness. (Ephesians 6:14)

We know we are Strong but are Weak because we are nothing without Him.

A KING

What makes a King?

Is it the songs that he sings?

Is it the great gifts?

The King always brings

Is it the King’s Wisdom?

That surpasses understanding

Or is it the King’s courage to play?

The last man standing

Is it the Kings’s voice?

That rings far and near?

Or is it the King’s voice?

That makes all things clear

Is it the King’s  understanding?

To always know the difference

Is it not the King’s authority?

To always state his preference?

Is it Kings’s Love?

For his Creator

Is it the King’s  understanding?

Of how God grants him favor

Great is a King

Who is blessed with great insight?

To rule his territory

With God’s plan as his might
