Disfellowship is one of the many devices of the enemy. We see it practiced by man’s Human Eyes on a daily basis.

When we Keep It Simple [06-08-20] we understand that none of us are righteous, not one. We were all born in Sin. Disfellowship assumes the one passing Judgement is more righteous. (Romans 3:10, Psalm 51:5)

Some may reason that they have the Authority to enforce God’s Standards.  Our Spiritual Eyes see Disfellowship as cutting someone off from God’s Word. We practice hate the sin and Love the sinner. We know we are incapable of Judging Others. (Romans 3:23, Matthew 6: 14-15).

Disfellowship is not a display of Love. It is a spirit of control. If one has erred in their way, God’s cure is to continue Love. We demonstrate this Love through Forgiveness, not Disfellowship. (Firm but Fair 12-15-20)

Our Spiritual Eyes understand we are never any better than the next sinner. We have no Authority to pass Judgement.  Therefore, we rely only on God’s Grace and Mercy. We understand that God saved a wretched like Us. We can only be an example. (1Corinthians 15:10,)

Disfellowship is a Wolf in Sheep’s clothing.  Our Spiritual Eyes remind us daily that Judgment belongs to God not Man. He is always a Lamp unto our feet. (Matthew 7:15, Acts 5:29, Psalm 119: 105)
