One of the many promises of God’s Favor is that we are never left alone. Comfort is always in the Lyrics “What a Friend We Have in Jesus. All our Sins and Griefs to Bear. What a privilege to Carry. Everything to Him in Prayer. God’s Anointed take all of our burdens to the Lord and leave them there.” (Fear) (Joshua 1:9, Matthew 11:28-30, Psalm 37:5)

Our Spiritual Eyes see God’s Presence in all we experience. Our flesh is unable to see outcomes. However, our Spirit has Faith in God that He will never leave nor forsake us. (Not If but When). Our Spirit knows that all things work together for our good.  Our Faith and love for our Creator ensures our knowing that we are called according to His Purpose. (Isaiah 12:3, Romans 8:28, Deuteronomy 31:8)

We have Peace when we submit our Plans to God. He will then direct our path. God is our ever present help. We are not bewildered or dismayed by adversities.  The enemy has no ability to overwhelm us (The Devil is a Lie). We never lose our Faith. We keep our mind stayed on Him and remain in perfect peace. (Proverbs 20:17, Philippians 4:6, Isaiah 26: 3-4)

We are never alone. Our faith in God’s promises eliminates the Spirit of fear and doubt. Our God is an ever present help in our time of need. God strengthens us. God upholds us in His righteous right hand. God’s Plan is for us to prosper. God gives us hope and a future. (Deuteronomy 31:6, Psalm 46:1, Isaiah 41:10)

The enemy’s attacks test our Faith and Patience (Peace). His goal is to kill, steal and destroy. He comes disguised as wolves in sheep’s clothing. Gratefully, we can say to any impediments, “God is our strength and salvation, we have no fear.” We are Blessed by the Holy Spirit to tell the Enemy to get behind us. (James 1: 2-4, John 10:10, Isaiah 12:2, Matthew 16:23)

Casting all of our Cares on God releases the fears of being alone (Wait Patiently). We engage the Peace that Surpasses all understanding.  We have no worries or thoughts for tomorrow. His eye is on the sparrow and we know he watches over us. (Psalm 55:22, Philippians 4:7, Matthew 6:34-27)

Song for the Week:

“He Will Never Leave Us” Written and Performed by John Stuckey Jr.

PEACE

His presence in the storm

Is like a refreshing and calming balm

He knows what tomorrow holds

Wrapped in His loving arms

In the darkness of the night

He will make everything alright

With His broad wings of love

He overcomes Satan’s might

Like the birds will always sing

Like the symbol of the wedding ring

There is no power on this earth

That can bring about our end

The Peace that exceeds understanding

When our fist are bound so tight

He then whispers in our ears

Perfect love is our hearts’ delight

His Peace is wrapped in patience

And sprinkled with kindness and joy

If we walk in His authority

We’ll enjoy life, reach for more

He will give us Peace

But only if we believe

All things are possible

With the faith of a mustard seed
