That Guides Your Journey
This Message is inspired by the Reading, “A Better Way” from the Book Overcoming Darkness.
Our Faith is continually Tested by Spiritual Wickedness. Our New Spirit sees the importance of despising the Sin and not the Sinner (Despise the Sin). Unfortunately, our Flesh being weak is quick to find Blame and Fault to the one attempting to cause us harm. When we encounter an oppressor, we are to despise the Sin (Rendering Evil for Evil). When we despise the Sin, we demonstrate a Spirit of Love for our Enemies. We all have Sinned and fallen short of God’s Glory (None are Righteous). (Psalm 5:4-6, Romans 5:8, Matthew 5:44, Romans 3:10)
When we Seek the Kingdom and its Righteousness we demonstrate God’s Spirit of Forgiveness. Regardless of attacks on our character and unfounded allegations, we Never Weaken. We never seek retaliation or render evil for evil. We can turn the other cheek. We Reach Out, Show Some Love, Then Do What God would have us do. (Matthew 6:33, Matthew 5:39, Romans 12:17, John 15:12-13)
When we seek A Better Way we find Peace, A Loving Spirit conquers a Combative and Evil Spirit. As we increase our Faith, we learn to Forgive Them for they know not what they Do. This Perfect Peace Overcomes the Darkness. (John 16:33, Luke 23:24, Isaiah 26:3)
Being not in the World, we know not to respond as those who subscribe to worldly solutions. We are continually seeking Understanding & Wisdom. We Let Go and Let God Guide our Path. We are firmly rooted in our belief that all things work together for our good and we are called according to God’s Purpose. A Better Way is a Test all God’s Anointed will pass. This is the Test that all Kingdom Inhabitants must pass. (Romans 12:2, Proverbs 4:7, Romans 8:28, 1 Peter 1:6-7, James 1: 2-4)
A Better Way is abiding in the Spirit of Love. A Better Way incorporates a forgiving Spirit (Forgiveness). A Better Way seeks Equitable Solutions. A Better Way seeks what is (Decent and in Order) We are mindful that others see how and what we do. Our Work is Our Ministry. We Respect it with a Passion. (1 Corinthians 16:14, Ephesians 4:32, Jeremiah 22:3, I Corinthians 10:31)

A BETTER WAY
If you can’t say something good
Say nothing at all
We can make the world better
With just a little smile
If you can’t make someone happy
Don’t try to make them sad
If you see that someone is good
Don’t try to make them look bad
If you can’t say thanks for
All He has done for you
Then reach into your mind
And find something good to do
If you can’t say hello
Don’t turn the other way
Share some love and kindness
In the words you choose to say
