Staff Up is hiring a dependable Shipper/Receiver to join a busy warehouse and manufacturing operation. This position is responsible for accurately receiving, picking, packaging, and shipping products while maintaining safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

Job Duties:

• Pick and verify products and quantities for customer orders
• Receive incoming materials and inspect for damage or discrepancies
• Package, label, weigh, palletize, and stretch-wrap products for shipment
• Build crates and prepare pallets/cartons for specialized and export shipments
• Secure and load products onto trucks and shipping containers
• Coordinate carrier pickups and shipment schedules
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and order paperwork
• Repackage materials as needed while maintaining proper product identification
• Organize inventory and keep warehouse, shipping, and receiving areas clean
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment when trained and authorized
• Report shortages, damaged products, errors, or safety concerns immediately

Requirements:

• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, order-picking, packaging, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferred
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus but not required
• Must be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work independently with limited supervision
• High school diploma/GED preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to repeatedly handle approximately 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
